Communicating Through Music
Coming Fall 2021
This yoga flow is designed to help musicians center themselves before practicing and performing. Through heart opening poses and coordinated breath movement, this flow will help balance and focus the mind and body. This practice will help musicians to connect to their bodies, voices, and instruments through breath and spatial awareness exercises. This simple sequence will help you to perform and practice with ease and confidence.
